[The day had started so normally for Sisuca. She was going to head out to Ilex forest, but that gym was over there...she couldn't just leave without trying, could see? And thus, began Sisuca's quest to get the badges! Even if she was really unprepared.

Moana, my Misdreavus, almost took down the first two, but she needed some help from my Flow. And, well, the next Pokémon was Scizor, so I sent out Kingler! Pincers versus pincers, and Kingler won.

I can't wait for the next gym battle!

[Naoki has to bite back a chuckle at that whole opening line bit. When the gear is back on, he claps obligingly.]

Congrats! [Pause, and tilt of the head.] Your Kingler is pretty good for you, huh?

Oh, he's the sweetest! He's strong and gentle. [Well. Gentle whenever she's touching him.] I'm surprised no one wanted him!

[Kazuma has taken a break from working, training, and watching over his son to come see the Azalea Gym for himself. And lucky him, someone was challenging the leader, so he had a chance to see Bugsy's roster in action!

Once the fight is done, he approaches Sisuca with a smile.] Congratulations on your win, miss. You and your team work quite well together.

[Sisuca is a little breathless right after the battle. She managed to win losing only two Pokémon--her obnoxious Jigglypuff and her much stronger Misdreavus. She's pretty proud of herself, though.]

Oh, thank you! I'm so proud of them. They fought really hard for their Mama.

They certainly did. I must thank you for the demonstration. I am considering challenging this gym myself, although I can see now my team and I still have some work to do.

[A Hitmontop approaches from nearby, bowing politely and then nodding with a smile. He's very impressed with their efforts as well!]
