Now I'm reading parenting books about teens. It keeps telling me to chill the fuck out. Which is not counter-intuitive, even if it's maybe not possible

yea did you ever see that book called something like "Can you shut up and drive me to the Mall" a guide to todays teenagers. It says stuff about chilling out that I found really comforting, I liked it. I guess it was a mainstream book but good. maybe it was called "Can you leave me alone and drive me to the Mall" something about the mall

So glad not to be the only person who is fascinated/obsessed with crows. Crows are really neat. I read a whole book, actually on ravens & how they are similar to/different from crows & it contained a bunch of stuff about both raven & crow flock dynamics & random factoids. People thought I was crazy a.) for buying the book (if I could remember the name or where it was, I'd write it down here for you), b.) for reading it, and c.) for liking it.

If I wasn't tied to the software mines with multiple shackles of responsibility, I'd be lazing my days away at Victrola, interrupted occasionally by a nice walk to Saint Germaine on Madison for soup & wine.
