The first or most significant time you had ever felt it, then. What were your thoughts?

Something along the lines of, "where the hell is my right arm, and I think my brother killed my sister".

You just have to go with it. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad, but you can't let it get to you.

Regardless of how much fight against it, it will happen. It would be best to take it in stride.

A noble thought. But would you feel the same way if you were within that very moment?

Some things are going to happen, no matter how much you don't want them to.

The one you recall the most.

I think you know which one that'd be. There's not much you can do as a kid, so I guess you can say I didn't cope well at all.

Then what made you decide to continue living, despite the parting words?

Several. And...not very well, at first.

The experience that gave you the most thought, then. How did you go on?

I weighed by blessings against my shortcomings and disappointments. I proceeded then to cut losses.

It was a rather cold and clinical approach, in retrospect.

If it made you who you are today, then it is a wise approach. Better than some choices...
