questions ?

tell myself i hate em,,thats all i need to do. it repeats in my head at least 100's of times a day. did he lie to me? am i paranoid? was it all a lie? these are my thoughts,,and have been for a while. was it me or was it him? more questions..why must i torture myself with so many questions ? that is a questin in its self. how do i make this leave
