I've been doing this journal thing for almost five years now, and I feel it's time for a change. I had a brief flirtation with MySpace, but much prefer LJ, so in a few days time I'll be starting a new journal. sam_jones will be deleted, but I'm hoping to retain my old friends list (I'm actually adding people at the moment).

Obviously it's your journal and do with it what you will. But my advice is not to delete your old entries. Make them private or whatever - but keep them for yourself. Look back on them, see how far you've come, laugh and reminisce at silly stuff you've forgotten about! I don't think I could ever totally delete my journal, no matter what happens in the future! While it's not good to live in the past, my past is a part of who I am, and good to refer to now and again. Just my 2¢!

Hah, i misread that bit saying what your new name was, and was freaked out to see the user details of that D person.... and that they'd added me, and sounded like a mix of you and I combined. freakkykkykky. then I remembered you'd said something about that username on here.
