Christmas Food Post 2: Christmas Dinner Timing

This is what actually happened, as opposed to what I'd do next year. Most of the main timings would probably be the same, though. This is for an 11lb Bronze free-range turkey, and very nice it was, too.

Just in case fridge space is an issue, carrots and parsnips will do fine left at room temperature overnight in a bowl. They don't need water, just a damp teatowel or damp kitchen towel over the top.

It wasn't an issue, owing to only having to feed five people for one day and two half days, and not wanting to leave much in the fridge after that. That's a useful tip for future occasions, though: thanks!
