Long time no update, i work part-time and i go to school full-time, but i've been (for the most part) on the wagon and today i reached my ultimate goal on the eliptical 1014 calories burned yay

i don't, i'm anti treadmill (it's bad for the knees among other things) i hate the stairclimer (my quads and glutes are strong, but because i'm training so much they are fatigued alot) but i think i'm going to take your advice, and try it for like 30min twice a week.
