Hey Sam!

This may sound weird, but I was wondering if you could possibly help me set up a work out and diet plan to jump start my weight loss. I continue to get myself into ruts that I cannot get myself out of. I eat poorly and find it hard to exercise. Since you have done so well with your goals and now work at a fitness center, do you think you could help me out?

Thanks,

Bobbi

I am a carb addict and crave processed carbs, the only thing that's worked for me is to avoid them entirely to not spiral into a binge (i seem to do so like once a month), that might not be practical for you, buy some whole grain crackers, some low-fat chips (if you must have them), and instead of peanuts have some almonds, but be very aware of serving size ( ... )
