My ears are older than the rest of me

Mosquito Ringtones , i.e.ringtones that can't be heard by those over 30, such as parents and teachers.

Will could hear 16khz (age range 30 & younger).  The highest range I could hear definitively was 12khz (50 & younger), and even that I could only hear once.  The second time it just made my ears vibrate.

How old are your ears?

I could hear the 49 and younger, and just barely hear the 39 and younger. I'm going to be 46 this year.

Poor Kelsey, those things hurt her ears terribly...it's so freaky to see the evidence right in front of your face when your kids act like dogs around a dog whistle and can hear it and you can't. It's just a really weird feeling.

I haven't done the test, but I think my high frequency hearing is just fine. It is the low frequencies I can't hear. Sometimes I can't hear my girlfriend. This occurs when she speaks softly and drops an octave. On these occasions, she claims I am just not listening. That's absurd!
