Sorry I conked out so early; after I finished filing our taxes, all the anxiety drained out of me and I think my body decided to catch up on all the sleep I lost from being sick earlier in the week.

I figured it wouldn't be done downloading at an hour when I could stay awake, but it's fine that you went ahead and watched it. All I know about this episode was what I read in spoileriffic LJ posts, and from that it sounded like the plot was on a particularly big rock of Russell T. Davies crack. The trailer looked pretty, though.

The science in this story was very sucky, but I don't really care. Doctor Who has never been good with Science. Heck, most TV science fiction sucks at science. I'm just there for the escapism. :-)

Oh, I know that Doctor Who never exactly put the science in science fiction, but this fell below my threshold of forgiveness. Fortunately, everyone has their threshold set at different places. Lots of people seemed to enjoy this episode.

I just saw it. Pretty episode, great effects and makeup, bad bad nonsensical plotting. I can do without the Freaky Friday plot device in general, but Billie Piper as Cassandra was great fun.
