I changed mine to friends only, but that was because I thought someone was using what I was writing against me, so I took them off my friends list and then made a whole new journal bc I had WAY too many old entries to ever even make them friends only. So, you either have to start a new journal, or if you don't have a lot of entries spend some time going back and making them friends only. It's a good idea, but then again don't do it unless you don't want someone to see something, and then make just that entry friends only ^^
