Crazy Matchmaker.

I do not need help to find a boyfriend. I don't even need a boyfriend, I'd just like one. My aunt needs to stop trying to set me up with people. She's been trying to set me up with her best friend's nephew for the past few years. While I was seeing someone else. On Wednesday, she decided I needed more help.

I got a call telling me to check my email and here is what she sent me:

"At the risk of you thinking your aunt has gone crazy,
here goes.
A young man is in the office this a.m. and he is very
nice, he is twenty, nice looking, a man type guy like
we talked about, and in the reserves and in college. I
told him about my niece that wants to go into the
reserves but has been down because although she is
very smart and in university, she had mental health
issues as a teen and doesn't think they will accept
her. He said 'that is why I joined and tell her to go
for it", he also said he has a good friend that is ADD
and takes ridilin and he has signed up and so far not
rejected. Infact, he asked what you are doing tomorrow
night and said he would take you to Simcoe with him as
he guest, and introduce you to the sergant etc.,
offered to pick you up etc. Samantha, I don't know
much about a lot, but I worked with him and his resume
and he seems like a very fine young man and is
considering go to a bible college up north in the
future. His name is David J. White, his number is
7541461, he is currently living on Stanley St., but I
believe his is from Waterford. He is expecting you to
call. Think it over before you decide to do away with
Auntie.
Love you and hope you are doing well. Our weekend is
coming up soon and we have to figure out how to
connect as early as possible on Thursday. Gee, maybe
mr. David will pick you up and bring you to me. ha, ha
love you"

Meanwhile my mother is obsessing about buying this complete set of blue glass dishes, piece by piece, for when I get MARRIED. And my sister is planning on moving my bed out of our shared bedroom so she can set it up as a single room for herself. She was expecting me to move my bed out of the house next year when I live off campus. I don't know if I'll be living off campus or not next year, and it's a year from now.

Argh...

And I've met someone at school that I like and am interested in getting to know better. He's going on co-op next term and he's originally from BC so I don't know how long he'll be here... o_O
