I have found a house I like, though it is tiny and ages away on the train, it's in budget and very very pretty.

We're only 50 mins from Leeds on the train. Think of the reading you could get done...

I commute a long way already, and 50mins + Leeds station to Chapel Allerton would do me in, I suspect....

Does look like a nice house tho'

I'd be on the 7.30 train out and getting back at about 7. Is your commute much worse?

Plus of current job is the complete lack of any overtime - we get practically kicked out at 5.30.
