I read Shirebound's comment and it inspired me to go to YouTube to see if there were any movies about my town. I chose the first one and the very first house you see it...MY HOUSE!!! It doesn't have any historic photos, but that kind of surprised me. (The Pelham Picture House project did really well--Alan Rickman came last year, I think, to open a movie. They have classes etc. Though recently a kid wrote a letter to the paper complaining that they needed to show more kid-friendly movies. Anyway, that makes me happy because I used to work there and for a while it was going to get converted into a bank when it was one of the oldest art deco theaters in the country. That's really cool about the traffic lights. It's one of those things you never think about until you see something different and it's like...is that normal? I still can't get over watching a random YouTube video on Pelham and the first shot is apparently some guy standing in our driveway pointing a camera at our house. I need to send it to my mom now!
