The Lion King was the first movie I saw in theatre and it was an awesome experience! I think The Lion King and Mulan are tied as my favourites.

Oh man, you had to go and mention Mulan. Now it's my favorite Disney movie OF ALL TIME. Ladies defying societal restrictions placed on them! The songs! The hilarious OTP that is Shang and Mulan! <33

I remember how ridiculous it was to get tickets for The Lion King the first time it came out in theaters. Still worth it. Best first-movie experience ever, am I right?

I don't know how many times I rewatched Mulan as a kid! It was a really formative movie for me! It's been years since I last saw it. And, I've felt like I've needed to do something about that for a long time.

Hell yes! I still remember setting in the theatre with my dad, and being total blown away when the music for The Circle of Life started playing and the sunrise came up.

My favorite Disnye movie switched between The Lion King and Beauty & the Beast for so long... until I realized that the one Disney movie I can rewatch over and over, with it still being fresh and enjoyable, the Disney movie that inspires so many ~feelings~ in me, wasn't either of those-- it was Mulan. SO MUCH LOVE.

I remember the first time I watched The Fox and the Hound (on a tiny tv and I was sitting so close to the screen haha) and when it got to the part where Tod was left in the forest I was in floods of tears. The look on Widow Tweed's face in that scene devastated me back then, and apprently it still does now. I just tried to watch it on youtube now and NOPE can feel the tears coming oh god I love The Fox and the Hound. The sequel though, complete GARBAGE.

I admit though, as good as American Tail is I love Fievel Goes West a lot more. It's just fun to watch.
