I'm officially pissed at newegg.com. I had never used them, but I knew Fro always did when building computers, so when I decided to build a new one, that's where I went. I wasn't home, my neighbor took it. She didn't have to sign for it. The guy that delivered it knew it wasn't good. She said he kept saying "it was like that when I got it".

I plan on calling UPS as well to see if they won't do anything about it.

in my experience i've found that ups really sucks, and sometimes fedex isn't much better. UPS moreso though, I watched one guy throw a 75 pound piece of machine down a flight of steps simply because he didn't want to carry it. i'm assuming that is only the beginning of the pain they go through
