If anyone would like a cat, I have one that I will *pay* you to take right now. She's cute but can't read a clock. It is three am, you stupid cat. Shut the heck up and leave me alone.

I feel your pain. Petzi Cat strolled into my bedroom at midnight and loudly vomited on the floor. And then I couldn't get back to sleep for hours...

Yesterday afternoon (I work night shifts, remember, and sleep from noon to 8 pm) the cat woke me up by inserting a claw into my nostril and pulling. CW had gone out and left the cat alone and he wanted to be stroked now.

Well . . . Smacking cats and husbands is more fun. Unless of course they smack you back.

I did get about an hour more sleep, thank heaven, and the kiddo has been better about sleeping through the night the past couple nights so I am starting to feel back to normal... I definitely don't want the cat to smack back, her claws are way too long :-)
