Im gonna go for a bike ride on my own, to calm down, and look like i have gone! It should clear my head!

im not dissappointed hunni ur such a sweet person who could ever be dissapointed in u? i no how hard it is to face things after u feel u have made a mistake ect but sumtimes its best just to confront them!! people wont be mad or dissapointed they will just feel sympathetic towards you cos of what ur going thru!! depression is natural for people im sure with our help and love and care you will get thru it just dont worry that beautiful head of urs u r a lovely person and i think its time u started believing in urself and look towards the future,ur future with mark and all ur friends instead of the past(im guessing thats why ur so depressed)we are your friends and we will stay that way forever and for as long as u feel depressed we will stand by u to help u thru this stage in ur life!! we love you hunni and dont ever think that its worth giving up ur life just because of one silly choice u made actually its not that silly cos we can go bike riding now nxt week!!lol

Dont worry about what anybody thinks of you!!! ... anybody that is worth bothering with will still think the same of you no matter what, I know I do. I've seen how strong and determind and how successfull you can be when you put your mind to it. I know what your capable of and have faith in you that you will bounce back and conquer theese demons. Just because you are going through a low patch and that has affected your confidence and yours nerves are playing up a bit, meaning you dont want to face certain things...so what? ... weve all been there, it doesnt make you a bad person and it doesnt mean you cant do things.
