ok well this seems to me the end of me. I dont see my life going any further. is that a bad thing, or does that mean that i need to build my life up. Well ive woken up very very depressed. I dont know if that coz this is the first time in a while ive woken up without mark about, or if its the fact im loosing my friends. I know i keep going through

Look lover, just dont be like this, fight it! dont let things like this get on top of u. U gota stop doin all this stuff about ending ur life coz i dont know about anyone else but ur getting me in a state wenever i read these things. U aint gona loose freinds either. some times phil has asked to come out wiv me and kev or somit and kevs like no coz im sams freind, u aint gota worry bout it. Now sam dont take this the wrong way, but i think u mite when i say i think u need some pills or somit, like mood stabalisers. really, that aint bitchy, its just coz im worried. i have never seen someone be depressed so much and it aint good for you. Sometimes u just gota blank out everything and get on wiv ur own life. i know ur a giver, u always have been, but u need to start putting u at top priority. Theres nothin wrong wiv bein a bit depressed, but urs is quite extreme, and u cud do sommit u regret. yea ur parents moan and ur ex wont leave u alone, but for ur own health just say fuck it, fuck u all, and im gettin on wiv my own life. Mike has said it all there, but I just wanna add one thing. I would never talk with Phil about you, all I've said to him is "alrite phil", "bye phil" and waved... so hardly anything deep lol, I aint seen Phil in ages so I couldnt just start chatting to him coz I can be shy when I aint seen people in a while! ... you know what I'm like, and I wouldnt let you down as a friend, thats why I have said that I will be polite to Phil if I see him because I didnt want to make trouble by ignoring him or anything. So I dont know why you get the idea that everyone is going to go off with Phil, because we are your friend, we know you and wouldnt just dessert you like that!
