Anti-psychiatry? As in, 'there's no such thing as any mental disorder despite the fact that there are multiple biochemical, environmental, and genetic reasons for their existence' kind of anti-psych? Because, you know, those things couldn't possibly exist.

Exactly. That kind of discourse that negates facts with the agenda of making sick people become dependent of a money-grabbing cult really, really grinds my gears.

I do not log in to livejournal to get all stressed out.

How can Scientology be legal? They are dangerous on so many levels to the individuals (I won't go into conspiration theories here). Them being approved by various Governments around the world is the same as those Governments endorsing paranoia, schizophrenia, anorexia, DID, TOC, post-partum depression and so on and so forth.
