One of my fanfic stories from ages ago (on my Kryssa ff.net name, not Kryssa's Flute) was about the characters from Fushigi Yuugi being bonded to ketsu, which are blessed animals sent from the gods to special people. So when I wanted to turn it into an original novel, I heard about this Golden Compass novel... and I freaked out a teeny-tiny bit. I knew I couldn't read the story, otherwise when I wrote the original I might be accused of stealing ideas, but it still intrigued me nonetheless.

Anyway! Long story short, I voted on your daemon and will also take that little quiz just to see what I get. ^_^ Oh, and I should be online tomorrow night. *crosses fingers*

Oh, you shouldn't have worried. This "animal spirits" are not GodSent, at least not in your sense. They are a physical representation of the sould of a person, which in this series of novels reside outside the body. They don't have special powers, and can't get far from their human... I wonder what you got.

BTW, the characteristics remain the same, but now I have a white-slender-animal-thingy. Believe it or not, I begun with a red fox.
