And now they're all up -- even the one we missed in the craziness of yesterday. Sorry about that. We've now got a total of 44 stories and I love what I've read so far.

I just wanted to mention two things:

1. Any member of samcarterfic can add or create tags on any entry, to make it easier for readers to find what they're in the mood for. Just click "edit

I've been really enjoying the stories, but there have been a couple of them that don't display properly. I get almost to the end of the story & I just see one sentence repeated over and over & don't get the end of the story. Is this my computer or something with the site?
Thanks. (Fortitude & Operation Montezuma were the stories so far that I had this problem with)

My guess is that it's an issue with your browser not displaying the page format correctly on some of the entries.

The best way around that is to use the ?format=light or ?style=mine options - add those to the end of the url of the specific entry, and it will display in either a stripped-down format, or in the format you view pages in, respectively.

I just wanted to say thanks to the writers, the readers, and the organizers for this. I am slowly but surely making my way through the list.

There is not enough gen fanfic out there for Sam. It may be fun to ship or slash her at times, but really the character can stand on her own and there is so many other facets of Sam to explore.

So thanks for making this happen. The character deserves it as do the fans :)

My turn to say thanks to Nanda, Julie & Jenn! I'm an absolute newbie writer and had absolutely no idea what I was doing entering a ficathon. I'm sure you knew it too, when I couldn't even formulate an entry right. ::G::

I know this kind of thing takes an enormous committment of time and effort. Thank you so much for doing it. :-)

As a reader, I just wanted to say a big "thanks!" to both the writers and organizers of the ficathon. I am going to comment on each individual fic (because they were all so damn kick-ass), but I thought a general post was in order as well. Now that you're all on the verge of collapsing from exhaustion, my only question is...when's the next one? :)
