I love that. Absolutely love that. Maybe it's my biased brain but the way Michael Shanks portrays Daniel, whenever he looks at Sam, into her eyes, whatever... you can just see such a deep, extremely profound love there - in every way. And the last two lines of your fic encapsulate that perfectly!

Thanks so much! To me, the Sam/Daniel 'ship is completely obvious on-screen in the looks you mentioned and in so many other ways. I'm happy to hear that I captured Sam and Daniel as you see them too :)
