Go you! Well done, especially with the new foods coming back into your diet! I'd really like to do something like this just to find out how different foods affect me, not necessarily for weight loss, but I can't see myself having the discipline. Just be wary of the fish eating, there can be heavy metal buildup in fish stocks nowadays with the whole polluted water problem, just don't eat it every day :-) Also, eat more fibre if you are on iron supplements, otherwise you'll get all blocked up and very uncomfortable
