You know those shirts that people make: "I went to ______ and all I got was this lousy shirt"? Well, I went to Taiwan last week and came back with a lot. As is always the case when I visit Taipei I came back with quite a few CDs - 15 this time around - and also managed to take a little over 600 photos before the battery in my camera died. This

I do have photos from the Taiwan Folk Village, so there's a good chance I'll write about it at some point. As for the CDs ... I still have stuff from my last trip to Taiwan that I haven't posted about yet!

The girl tried contacting me the day after I returned to Korea (two emails and a text message) but I haven't heard from her since then. I hope this means she's gotten over her initial feelings.

Ignoring her seems to have worked. Either that, or her silence comes from the fact that she's working non-stop to raise the money to visit me! I'd rather not think of that, though ...

I wondered if anyone would pick up on the parenthetical plural! My guess was that she was thinking of me as a rebound, or as a fun distraction, from the problems she'd been having with her boyfriend.
