Not sure if you know this but the d20 license was pulled and you cant have the d20 logo on things any more. also you might want to look in on the 4.0 GSL. Last I read you cant have a GSL and OGL product under the same nake...its written into the GSL.

this is the reason why companies like greenronin had to have another company do a licensed 4.0 freeport.
