Even though I was holding out for the final number to be Joan Jett, AHHHHHHH WHATTT.
With the ballet! And the song! And Jesse's puppy-dog eyes! One of the best final numbers of the show, hands down. I don't know how I can still ship Rachel/Jesse so hard, given that Jesse is a Vocal Adrenaline spy and I find Rachel intensely annoying.
BUT THE BALLET! Jonathan Groff is amazing and I love him. And also, that song speaks to my heart.
(ps, even though I was really annoyed that Will/Emma wasn't for real, I really like the turn it has taken, with Emma standing up for herself.)
