apparently lots of people have heart attacks when they are on the loo because the increased internal abdominal and thoracic pressure they build up causes their blood pressure and pulse to rise, which knackers their heart.

also today i got to ultrasound my wrist which was cool because you could see the tendons moving when i moved my fingers
