Vinnie was from the OB's (outer boroughs) probably Brooklyn. Brooklyn is another kettle of fish entirely LOL. Did you know that for some time, Brooklyn was a city onto itself, before it was incorporated into Greater New York.

I didn't know where he was from....just that he sounded NY-ish/NJ-ish to me! I'm one of those people who can't tell the difference between anything from that entire area.
