Ugh.
The entire deal with the Lal Masjid in Pakistan was absolutely ridiculous! It lasted for a week since there was a huge controversy with having a full-blown attack on the mosque. HOLY CRAP!
I just saw some space pictures, you know, those kinds that the Hubble Space Telescope looked at? They scared the crap out of me. Maybe it's the fact that I'm half awake and half sleepy, but I am aware of my slight fear of the uncertainty of space. They are pretty, but then, they are freaky...

So I spoke with my dad about the cab-driver issue I presented earlier when he visited me today for a little while.
Cab drivers, according to the law, can refuse service to those who carry an open liquor bottle. Whether it be cans or bottles, if it is open, then the passenger can be kicked out (the same is here in the state of Florida as well as ( Read more... ) -

I'm probably very very late with this but I stumbled across the entire deal with Muslim drivers not transporting people with alcohol with them?
My points:
- Alcohol is not illegal in this country and if where they reside (if it was, in fact, an Islamic state, then it is a different story) such a law is not in place, then they shouldn't make such a ( Read more... )
