This story is very complex.
You know what I hate? I hate finally sitting down to catch up with a TV show I know I like, doing a gigantic run-through of, oh you know, 5 or so seasons in 2 weeks, then having the latest episode end on a cliffhanger involving my favourite character and HAVING TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK TO FIND OUT MORE. There is a reason I only get into shows after their demise usually: I'm an impatient tv whore. Supernatural is very much owning my soul right now, and Castiel, oh Cas, drop Dean and come and be my Angel bitch please?
Anyway. Go watch Supernatural. It's good, it's scary, it'll break your heart, it plays the morality question like no show I've ever seen, it has a LOT of pretty boys, it has many humorous pop culture references and it understands the sheer insanity of it's own fandom, which is actually quite worrying. Thus is your reference, do with as you will.
In return for the above recommendation (trust, you'll thank me for it), I need more tv in my life. Most therapists would probably disagree but whatever. So I'm making a list of all the shows I've been meaning to watch back-to-front. A lot I've seen bits of, just never made a full run through, and I don't count a show as watched till I'm lying in bed at night obsessing over it. It's just my thing. Any additions to the list below would be most appreciated, and if you want to tell me which one to go for next, let me know why. Thank you, dear television fans.
