In which Sam sulks

I'm having problems with reading my f-list atm. I added one more new person and now I'm getting all their entries, from years ago, all out of order, with a random one from other friends thrown in there occasionally, and I have no idea why. LJ doesn't want me to have new friends, it seems. Any suggestions on how to fix, lovely people? Sorted, ( Read more... )

I'm glad to hear it's nothing "serious" with your knee, but I understand that the whole situation sucks. I hope that work at least won't make it worse, so you'll be able to work out in whatever way again soon. *hugs*

Six to eight weeks are over so fast, bb. The most important thing which you have accomplished is that you WANT TO DO something about it. That's like 70% of the work done. Don't give up. <3

Thank you dear. The knee is feeling a lot better for having a few days rest and I'm seeing the physio this week, so fingers crossed!

Sorry to hear you won't be able to run for such a long time. :(

Are there any running groups in your area?
I know that my city has several such groups, some for beginners, some for more advanced runners. They often run in the evening, and it's safer to run in a group like that.

I am no where near good enough for a running group yet I'm afraid, even a beginners one, but it's something I'll keep in mind for the future!
