I was exposed to americium 241(http://www.reference.com/search?q=Americium-241)... or was it krypton 85 (http://www.reference.com/search?q=Krypton-85)... I cannot remember. I played with both.

Its from a gieger counter machine. The connecting cord had broken and I carried the isotope in my shirt pocket for most of the day or in my hand. For some time after I read as 'hot'.
