Out of curiosity, how are you determining how much to ask for the TV and TiVo? One of the reasons I have never participated in a garage sale is my intimidating from the pricing factor.

While the tivo is analog and not internet capable, it still has a 100 hour DVR in it. tHe tivo box is worth about $50. The lifetime programming subscription cost $400. I'm going to ask $75 and take $50. The object of the garage sale is to get rid of things and make a little cash. If I'm selling something of value like a collectible, I might put a nonnegotiable sign on it, but it's better left to a paper ad or craiglist or ebay.

Your TiVo isn't Internet capable? You mean it's not capable of a wireless connection? Otherwise how would it talk to the mother ship and get the TV listings?
