Your mystery vine looks mostly like cucumber, but it's hard to tell. Those pods are blossom buds - if one of them sets, you'll know. Squash are hard to distinguish from one another. Cukes and watermelons are most likely to self-seed.

Yeah, I think you'll have to wait until the fruits start to ripen before you can tell what they are. Cukes do self sow readily but the ones I grow usually have blossoms on shorter stalks. There are so many varieties out there, who knows! Enjoy your mystery cucurbit!

If it's really rampant, could it be a pumpkin?

I find squashes and pumpkins self seed readily in my garden.
