You work in Sidney??? I did not know that. I've been out there by bus only a few times since moving to Vic, but I really like the laid-back pace of it all... and the salt sea smell. Can't go wrong with that!

In our family, T is picky eater, and sometimes convincing him to try new things, or expand his tastes is a bit of a challenge. Usually what I do is create "Do-it-Yourself" foods... things like hamburgers, burritos, fajitas, and the like where the ingredients are added by the person themselves. This allows for greater variety; you don't have to eat the exact same thing as your partner or guests, and if you want specialty items, you can have them without others getting upset.
Just suggesting.

It was good to see you at Daff; I still want to see your partlet at some point, tho!

Cheers!

Sorry for the long interval between checkings-in--I have been so busy! Yes, Vanden Berg & Associates is out in Sidney, and I realize now that I forgot to ever mention that. That's why I was so concerned about the bus ride!
Ah yes, picky eaters... I used to be one, and I can still be quite *particular* about food, but I have really expanded the range of foods I'm willing to eat as I've grown up [sometimes beyond the range of what those around me can believe/tolerate :P ]. Turning picky adults into lovers of variety is therefore rather beyond me :P. Your suggestion is a good one, though a leeetle difficult when your main food-to-avoid is egg (egg and dairy sensitivity are the reasons for my experimentation with vegan baking). It seems to be working out okay though.
Haha, I just never seem to have the right partlet on when we meet... and now the weather's a bit warm for it. Oh well, one of these days!
Cheers!
