I went boing boing snap in my riding lesson on Sunday. Somehow I managed to dismount and drive home (very scary) and then spent most of Sunday lying down and thinking of Christopher Reeves. I'm now pumped up on Ibuprofen and able to walk around slightly gingerly

I think it was the sitting trot without stirrups that did it. Also I did the wrong thing before finally phoning NHS direct for advice - it turns out I wasn't meant to lie flat on my back!
