My new shiny thing arrived today, so for the first time in a couple of years I now have a home computer that that isn't totally painful to use.

shiny! oh & um... yes I do still have your laptop *guilty excpression* ....it's safe & well at parentals. I guess I sould make a detour sometime & return it shouldn't I?

My next step is to find a new home for all the other computer junk I've acquired and that way reclaim quite a lot of space in my flat... I seem to remember that the equals key didn't work too well on the laptop, so it was of limited use to me anyway.

I think it was the = key... It was something you needed to use a lot as I recall you saying no rush to get it back since it wasn't useful to you anyway. Other than that it was fine. If nothing else it has many useable parts.

I'll try to drop it off once I get a working car again... :s
