my name is Meghan and I've loved your photography for years now and have written you before. I've been wondering though- since I'm going into college soon I'm curious as to what jobs enable you to travel as much as it seems like you do and still do what you love at the same time. I'm very interested in photography even as a career and love the idea of travel as well. How did you get into this line of work and what convinced you that you could do it for the rest of your life? I'm guessing you work as a photo-journalist or something like that...or maybe your title is just professional photographer? I'm so curious! I'd love to do what you do (you are very good at it in my opinion. I love your photos)

thanks for the birthday wishes!! We spent my birthday in Chengdu which is a city near tibet, we went to see the pandas on my birthday and then ate chocolate for the rest of the day. hahaha. it was michaels birthday present - a big box of cadbury chocolate, i was in heaven!
with that photo of michael, he actually asked me to take the photo - he kept flapping that flag around like he was a proud chinese man! haha
we are back in bangkok as i write this - have a stop over here for 4 hours - india tonight!!!!!!! oh my god, im scared and excited all at the same time! haha
well i will be writiing a big email within the next day or two so i'll fill you in abit more then! =) xox
