i stayed at a hotel which was right opposite a metro stop (anvers) and a short walk to the sacre couer. it was a nice little hotel and i think it was around £35 a night. i found it through hostelworld. if you go there and type in "avenir hotel", you'll find it. have a good time wherever you end up, sounds awesome.
