So I realized today that my boss is an idiot. I am so furious with him. I wanted to apply for this other position that was open. I talked to him and he said I was qualified. So at the bottom of the posting it said to respond the the poster with LDEP. I asked him what that was, since I've only been there for 7 mos. and never applied for another ( Read more... )

If I could do it and not get fired, I would. I'm not pissed about not getting the job, which was confirmed today, I'm pissed that he didn't listen and just blew me off. He sent out emails yesterday about how important it was to have this LDEP thing, but then tells me that its not important. He also told me that if they were interested in me for the position, they would have emailed me and asked me to send in the LDEP.
I talked to another team lead, and she said she'd back me if I want to go above his ahead and bitch about it.

Honestly, that wouldn't surprise me. Every time I ask him a question, I end up asking another Team Lead, because he doesn't know.
