Saturday morning Mr P and I had breakfast out. We were still a little foggy and sleepy so we were sitting there in a very comfortable kinda of quiet. Baking Day!
Mr Pearl's office is having a Potluck luncheon tomorrow so I'm baking pepperoni bread and brownies for it today. It's the first time I've made yeast bread since we've moved here and so far it's rising beautifully! Keep your fingers crossed. Once that's done I start on the best brownies on the planet!!! the snow is melting and all is right once again with the world. Friday morning in the wee hours, Mr P and I fly out to the east coast. Child 2 is getting married this weekend and we are so excited!!! It's snowing! I mean serious snow! It started last night and it's still going! and is suposed to snow through tomorrow!! It only took an hour to clear the driveway so I really shouldn't complain but when I first moved here and asked about winter everyone said...on it's lovely...a dry powdery snow..not like that wet stuff you get back in CT.
