it is 4:30 and so much lighter then i remember it being at 4:30 in such a long time. days grow longer. hair and nails do too. this weekend they say "you lose an hour" but i will gain an hour everyday until i "gain an hour." each day now at this time it will be 5:30 and the sun will be up longer and longer even more. the sun fills me and helps
