Spoilers: None for Supernatural, but I guess the entire thing is one big Jurassic Park spoiler.
Summary: Paleontologists Dean and Sam Winchester have been offered a once in a lifetime chance to accompany Chuck Shurley, an eccentric man who funds their paleontological dig, to his resort island. Once on the island, they meet Chuck's son, Castiel, his grand children, Anna and Balthazar, and his nephew, Gabriel. The island's guests are introduced to the wonders of genetic engineering, resulting in real, live dinosaurs - ones they can touch, and see. Though Gabriel is the only outspoken about the dangers, the others attempt to reconcile their fears with their own awe - and the desire to believe that real, live dinosaurs are safe.
Before they can come to their own conclusions, a hurricane knocks out the island's power, leaving the island's occupants helpless, separated from the rest of the world and each other. The ones stranded outside the security of the control center have to evade the now free, and violent, dinosaurs while attempting to make it back to safety, while the ones back within the control center need to find a way to restore power, get help, and keep themselves alive.
Artist's Notes: Well this being my first big bang I am proud to present artwork for the lovely ohmynostalgia who happened to write a story that just had to include dinosaurs. When I came across this story, I had to take part in it. Jurassic Park has definitely been one of my favorite dinosaur movies and I always liked the casting for the movie, so finding the Supernatural cast in another supernatural world, I just had to read it! Oh, and I definitely know how to pronounce Deinonychus now.
