Right. So I decided to start something else. Sims ADD, I guess. First, I removed all hoods from the neighborhood folder. There were about 7, some designated for use in cataloging townies, some set aside for future apocs, some actually in use, but whatever, I wanted it empty to see if things would run faster (they did!).
