I haven't, but if I did I would get it checked out. It could have gotten infected from scratching. It also could be that the person is still having an inflammatory response to the poison ivy. Many people need steriods to be able to get rid of poison ivy. It's icky stuff! I haven't really studied it that in-depth, but sounds like if you can swing it that getting it checked out would be a good idea (especially if it's on the little one!).
