Doing friends only posts goes against my passion for always being open. I don't like censorship, in case you can't tell :P

If they are the only reason you are typing, their love and friendship towards you should be the only reason they are reading.

Exhibitionism and censorship are two very different things. If you want to be a purist, then do it for your friends and not the trolls. While some good friends see it, you are also feeding the trolls.

You contradict yourself when you say you do it for the few friends who really do want to peek in your life-by then making it a black and white issue of everyone or none. If you write for your you, and for your friends, you would not make this all or none condition. You would keep it to you, and your friends.

I am not sold on this "passion for always being open" business, its a front for something else going on for you you need to work out. As you posted in an earlier LJ, a filter of bullshit.

I hope you do not take this post in an attack, I am only hoping you listen to reason so you can continue a nice journal you enjoy.
