Thinking, Pondering, Hoping

*Sam sits out on the balcony that is attached to her and Max's room. She looks at the night sky watching all the stars blinking almost in unison. She sighs as she takes a sip of her pink lemonade. She opens up her laptop and logs into LJ and types out her post* I heard that Raphael was injured when he went out with Dartz and is now in a coma.

*walks in carrying a few books and a cup of coffee on the top of the stack* Found more information. It seems that since Zigfried and Ryou cleared out his father's room, there is a wealth of information to be had. I just hope that we can find something to use. *grunts as he puts the books down, wiping his brow* It's a long walk from the west wing. Oh, I spoke to your doctor before I came here. *clears his throat* I caught him just as he was leaving. It seems that everything looks good and he's preparing one of the rooms just in case you happen into labor during this fiasco and he suggests not to travel until the baby is at least three weeks old.

*stretches his back, hearing a pop* Oh that's much better. *grabs his coffee cup with a smile*

*sees Max come in and smiles. She gets up and walks over to him and helps him put down the books* I am glad you talked to my doctor. I think we should also look into birthing classes too. I hope this is all over soon. I know the baby will be born late August early September and that is too long for this to keep going. I just hope we can find the information we need. *pulls Max into a hug* Thank you for coming tonight. I miss talking to you.

*smiles as he takes a seat, motioning for Sam to sit on his lap holding her hands* I was partially to blame for my lack of involvement. I will not excuse the way I have been so negligent lately, but I feel that you should know that I have felt a bit overwhelmed and depressed lately. I spoke to Dr. Reinhold briefly about what has been going on and he says that it's quite normal for men to react differntly at times.

Being a new father scares the breath out of me, but I am also excited too. Zigfried's behaviour also had sparked some conscern in me as well, but I do think that in time, I can learn to become the father I should and not the father on television.

As far as the birthing classes are concerned, *chuckles* it's a bit difficult seeing that the nearest town is 220 kilometers away. Besides, I'm sure that Dr. Blicher has a midwife seeing that Zigfried's staff lives in the castle.

*looks into his eye and kisses his cheek* I wish I could have helped in some way. I am glad you talked to Dr. Reinhold. It is good to talk to a third party at times. It helps to get things out and get another's perspective. This is true. I will see if my doctor can help with that. He is really a nice person. I am glad Zigfried hired him. I am glad that Zigfried and Atem are on good terms again. Zigfried has had me worried as well and I was afraid to approach him as I did not want to offend accidentally.
