Read the first bit of Winter story. Pity about the change in weather in Lorien. Post Ringwar there are so many losses and sadnesses, very Tolkien really and very medieval that view of a world gradually decaying and disimproving until all will eventually be healed and made new at the Judgment.
one good thing about being so busy yesterday, I did not have leisure to worry about Orophin and the others and that dratted river.

I want to finish chapter two this evening - when I come back from taking my Mum home it should be quiet enough, and then S2C can check to make sure it makes sense and is readable, so I should post it in the next couple of days - you won't have to worry much longer about Orophin...
