Apparently the British government has launched a new FBI-like crimefighting agency called SOCA, which stands for Serious Organized Crime Agency. No, that's not a joke... it's really called the Serious Organized Crime Agency. Can't the Brits do better than a name that sounds like a Bond villain's evil organization
